Our portfolio is unique in that it includes nearly 300 downtown shops, offices, stores, restaurants, cafés, catering units and other properties that are important and emblematic places in Pécs.
We manage more than 4 million m2 of real estate in different parts of the city. Two of these will be used as the venue for the LOKART Festival for the duration of the event.

From the Zsolnay Quarter to the city centre, the LOKART Festival offers a wide range of venues to view the works of contemporary artists.
During the festival, two of our properties will also provide exhibition space for the special works. It's wonderful to see how these spaces have been transformed for this contemporary art event, so we've been able to see a new side of them. We are proud to contribute to the LOKART Festival with our properties at 38 Király utca and 50 Király utca, thus enriching the cultural life of our city.
